What is Coaching?

In other words, coaching is NOT mentoring, counselling or therapy; I'm not here to give you any answers - I'm here to help YOU find the answers that are right for you! But to find those answers, we need dedicated time & space, the the right support, and the right questions, which is where I come in.
Whilst we will touch upon your past, and what behaviours or thought patterns have influenced your life so far, our main focus is where you are now, where you would like to get to, and how you can make that happen. We can explore all sorts of topics...

Power Hour (60 mins)
An hour of dedicated headspace to brainstorm around a specific, and pre-defined goal or challenge.
A good option if you want to try coaching out, or if you don’t feel able to commit to more than one session at the moment.​
