"I’d really recommend Journal Club. It’s been a chance to dedicate some time to myself and reflect and think about future aspirations and goals. Jules is a fantastic host and is kind, friendly and very welcoming. She poses lots of questions and gives us time to write and then share if we want to. There is absolutely no requirement to share but I have learnt so much from others on the course and I’ve joined a real community. It’s been life-changing for me and I love it. Thank you so much, Jules."

What is Journal Club?
Journal Club is a group online workshop where I give you the time and headspace to work through a series of journal prompts from me.
Each session follows a theme to start the conversation.
We follow a familiar structure so you can form your thoughts, reflect on the past and make plans for the future.
Free-writing
Identity
Values
Goal-setting
Boundaries
Self-care & lots more
Gratitude exercises
Some people really benefit from sharing their thoughts in the group, & others prefer to keep it all in the privacy of their notebooks. It's entirely up to you!
Who is Journal Club for?
Journal Club is for you if you would like to take a moment and find some headspace. It is a little bit like group coaching, and provides:
-
A chance to reframe thoughts, consider how to rebalance whatever is out of kilter, or simply to explore what’s going on inside your head.
-
Time to determine a mini next-step towards achieving more balance in your life
-
90 mins per week to think about just yourself, and no-one else.
What will I need?
All you will need to take part are:
- A notebook and pen
- A peaceful space to listen and focus
-
Computer with Zoom
-
A desire for self-care, self-discovery or personal growth
