About me

@juleswoodcoaching

I’m a mum, a wife, a professional singer (Julia Doyle), and a breast cancer survivor (so far!). I studied Human Social and Political Sciences at Cambridge University before becoming a classical singer, and I now live in Surrey in the UK, with my husband, two daughters, two labradors, two guinea pigs and tiny tortoise.

My favourite things in life are my family, friends, camping, bright colours, music, cheese (a bit too much), the countryside, open fires, crisps (far too much), fairy lights, board games, & laughing until I'm hoarse and generally being silly. And helping others.

With my background in psychology, my qualification in transformative coaching, and my own life experiences of motherhood, menopause, life as a professional musician, and breast cancer, I can really relate to women who are navigating the complex challenges of midlife

I've struggled personally with imposter syndrome, overwhelm, loss of identity, setting boundaries & ringfencing time, confidence, all sorts of menopause symtoms, challenges of parenting, time management and so much more. BUT coaching has helped me hugely with all of this, which is why I'm here, doing what I'm doing.

I'm here here to help YOU find the headspace to figure out what needs rebalancing in your life, and to help you make it happen.
